  SHIPPING & POLICY

How much does freight cost?

New Zealand - FREE for all orders over $100.  Orders under $100 will be charged $12.50 None Rural.
Australia - $28 no tracking if you want it tracked please email us (littletaranaki@gmail.com) before buying for a quote.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders normally arrive 2-3 weeks after a pre-order has been launched. If you have a mix of in stock items and pre-order items, we will usually hold the entire order until all is in stock and dispatch together. If you would like your in stock item's sent separately, please email or call us (additional freight charge may apply).
 

Nationwide: 3-5 working days. Please ensure you provide a physical address and a safe location as many Couriers are using contactless delivery (If you do not, the Courier may leave your delivery in your letterbox or in a place they deem safe).


Rural: 4-10 working days. Please note rural deliveries may result in an extra 2 working days from the standard delivery times.
Please note that if your order is placed over the weekend or a public holiday, the dispatch process will not begin until the next working day. Your order will be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will received an email notification with a tracking number.

An item in my order is incorrect, what do I do?

If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away by emailing littletaranaki@gmail.com  Will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Can I arrange to collect my item instead of having them couriered?

Choose 'click and collect' and the store you wish to collect your item from, and we will contact you when item is ready to be collected.

Can I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted, provided you contact us before your delivery has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Refunds Policy

We happily accept returns for an exchange or store credit on full-priced items that are in original, re-saleable condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed), provided the return is received within 7 business days of your order being delivered. Sale item's cannot be returned or exchanged. All garment tag's must be still attached to the item.

Before posting your return please contact us at littletaranaki@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, that way we can set aside any items you may require for exchange.

Returns Process

Returns must be received within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted.
For all exchanges, additional shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We will contact you to arrange the redelivery of your exchange. 


Once the item has been received by us and deemed to be in original condition, you will either be contacted to arrange the redelivery of your exchange or issued a store credit on the original cost of the goods (excluding shipping charges). If there are signs that the item has been worn, damaged or is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return. 

Please note if a store credit is redeemed at a later date an additional freight fee will be charged.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order. In the instance that you ordered incorrectly and your order has not been dispatched, we will happily issue a store credit or arrange an exchange. 

Faulty Items

We take special care to check all items are free from any faults before being sent to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we ask that you contact us at littletaranaki@gmail.com outlining the issue and attaching any relevant images. Returns of faulty goods must occur with 7 business days of receiving your parcel. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear, or mishandling, will not be accepted as faulty. In the first instance, we offer a direct exchange on faulty goods. If we do not have a replacement available we will happily offer you a credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
